Alysia was the daughter of Steven and Tamara (Kringen) Smith. She was born on February 25, 1977 in Grand Forks. She graduated high school in Dickinson, in 1995. In March 1997 she gave birth to her beautiful daughter Kenadee. She was married to Stoney Fritz from 2000-2006. Their greatest blessing from their marriage was raising their daughter Kenadee together. Alysia attended numerous colleges throughout the years and graduated with a major in psychology, minor in liberal arts, and her LPN license.

Alysia worked as a traveling nurse for many years and at the Woman’s Correctional Center in New England. Her big caring heart made her a wonderful nurse. She was currently continuing her education online to get her RN license as when she was able to go back to work wanted to be an RN.

Alysia was so proud of her daughter Kenadee. Her home was filled with pictures of her on every wall and table. She had saved every drawing Kenadee ever made her and the love she had for her baby girl was known throughout her home. She also loved her nieces and nephews. Any chance she had she would be over at their home playing games and doing puzzles and snuggling them. She loved her whole family so much. Holidays and get togethers were here favorite as spending time with family meant everything to her.

Alysia had a love for gardening. Her home was filled with plants and fairy gardens. Summer was her favorite as she loved working in her yard and sitting in the sun. She enjoyed reading and learning new things in her spare time. She was very smart and knowledgeable. Her weakness was dogs and she had 4 currently that she loved very much. She had a very funny sense of humor and loved playing jokes on people. She always had such a positive view on life and a smile on her face. She will be so missed by all who knew her and loved her.
