Catherine Eberts, 83, Dickinson, died Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at St. Luke’s Home, Dickinson. There will be a private Liturgy of Word Service for Catherine at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson, with Deacon Dallas Carlson presiding. Inurnment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery at a later date.
Catherine Heiser was born June 9, 1934 in Dickinson, daughter of John and Katie (Heiser) Heiser. She was raised and educated in the Grassy Butte area.
Catherine married Marvin Eberts on January 14, 1958 in Grassy Butte. To this union three children, Myron, Lee and Renae were born. Throughout her life she was a homemaker, and had worked outside the home as a housekeeper and a waitress.
Catherine is survived by her children, Myron (Nancy) Eberts, South Heart, Lee (Terri) Eberts, Dickinson, and Renae (Ed) Weber, Bismarck; eight grandchildren, Adrienne (Brent) Belland, Marvin (Melissa) Eberts, Mason (Sara) Eberts, Emily (Alex) Brewer, Amanda (Jayme) Ebner, Brent Weber, Erin (Ace) Bedich, and Josh (Lorrissa) Bohlman; 11 great-grandchildren with two more soon to be; brothers, Christ (Ilene), Dickinson, Fred (Dorothy), Bozeman, Mont. and Frank (Frances), Lovell, Wyo.; sister, Barbara Metz, Dickinson; sister-in-law, Jane Heiser, Dickinson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; eight brothers; and three sisters.
