Twyla J. Weinschrott, 57, Mott, died Sunday, January 14, 2018 at West River Health Services, Hettinger. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Ladbury Funeral Service with a lunch and fellowship to follow prior to interment at St. Elizabeth’s Cemetery, Lefor. Visitation will be Friday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Ladbury Funeral Service.
Twyla Jean Koppinger was born May 26, 1960 in Dickinson, daughter of George and Josephine (Binstock) Koppinger. She was raised and educated in Dickinson. Twyla was united in marriage on February 2, 1978 to Allen Weinschrott at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Dickinson. To this union three children were born, Daniel, Chad and Tanya.
She spent several years working in a greenhouse which nurtured her love of flowers and gardening. She loved cooking for her family, going on long drives in the country, looking at wildlife and spending time with her family.
Twyla is survived by her three children, Daniel, Chad, and Tanya; one granddaughter, Sabrina; two siblings, Bruce (Shelly) Koppinger and Julie (Brian) Alexander; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
