Carol Heble-Berger,77, Dickinson, died Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at CHI St. Alexius in Dickinson. Carol’s Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church with Fr. Thomas Grafsgaard as celebrant. Inurnment will take place at Central Montana Memorial Gardens, Lewistown, Mont. Visitation will be Monday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a rosary and vigil at 6 p.m. at Ladbury Funeral Service with Deacon Bob Zent presiding.
Carol Franklin was born September 30, 1939 at Lincoln, Neb. and raised at Atwood, Kan. the daughter of Glen and Lillian (Oltman) Franklin. She met Alfred Heble who was working with a custom harvesting crew for her father. They married on July 29, 1957 and raised their four sons in Grass Range, Mont. Carol’s husband Alfred died in 1982 and she later married Larry Berger in 2000. Larry passed away in 2014.
Carol’s health began to fail in 2013, fighting cancer made her life difficult. She was truly loved by all whom met her. She belonged to the Elks, and was a National Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics for over 30 years. Her true love was spending time with her children and especially her grandchildren.
Carol is survived by four sons, Travis Heble, Charlo, Mont., Trampis (Marianne) Heble, Grass Range, Tracy (Patricia) Heble, Dickinson and Troy Heble, Broken Arrow, Okla.; step-son, Jon (Becky) Berger, Dickinson; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by husbands, Alfred and Larry; grandson, Dayne Heble; and three siblings.
