Sandra Williams, 65, Dickinson, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at St. Benedict’s Health Center, Dickinson. A time of remembrance for Sandra followed by a potluck picnic will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 1, 2013 at the Eagle’s Park, 4th St. and 2nd Ave. South, Dickinson, with Pastor Jim Steckler presiding.
Sandra Jean Shively was born August 30, 1947 at Baraga, Wis., the daughter of Raymond and Eleanor Shively. She married Henry Gilbert Williams in May 1964, in California.
Sandra worked as a CNA throughout her life, and during this time she was a wonderful caregiver to hundreds of people over 35 years. She was extremely devoted and loved every moment of her time as a CNA.
She was a strong Christian and always had faith through Break Forth Bible Church. She enjoyed crocheting blankets, reading inspirational books, and designing silk flower arrangements.
Sandra is survived by two children, Tammy J. Williams, and Michael L. Williams; and three siblings, Gary Woodruff, Pam Hooker-Venn, and Sharon Morton. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two children, Danny Williams, and Michelle Williams.
