Travis Lee Stagl, 29, Dickinson, ND, died unexpectedly of natural causes on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 in Dickinson. Funeral services for Travis will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with Fr. James Braaten officiating. Interment will follow at St. Pius Cemetery, Schefield, ND. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday and from 9 a.m. to service time on Tuesday at Ladbury Funeral Service. There will be a rosary and vigil at 7 p.m., Monday at Ladbury Funeral Service with Deacon Gene Morman presiding.
Travis was born February 18, 1979 in Dickinson the son of Nancy Herauf. He loved spending time with his children, family and true friends. He enjoyed fishing, camping and playing video games.
Travis is survived by his mother, Nancy Gerou, Dickinson; three children, Belle, Alijah and Chaseon Stagl, Dickinson; three brothers, Perry (Mandi) Stagl, Surrey, Joey (Kara) Stagl, Dickinson, and Karl Gerou, Dickinson; four nieces, Jessica, Bailey, Breanne and Nevaeh; three nephews, Gavin, Cole and Preston; his dearest loving friend, Margaret Bohrer, Dickinson; two close-to-heart children, Jaeger and Jaziah; close personal friend of the family, Jim Hondl; and all extended family. It is beyond how deeply he will be missed. “We love you Trav!!”
He was preceded in death by the mother to his children, Nikki Lambert, and his grandparents, Val and Marge Herauf.
