Pauline A. Gaab, 85, Richardton, died Friday, October 15, 2021 at Prospera on Sunset, Mandan. Pauline’s Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Richardton with Fr. Thomas Wordekemper, OSB as celebrant. Interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Richardton. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with a rosary and vigil at 7 p.m. with Deacon Robert Bohn as presider.

Pauline Molnar was born June 21, 1936 in New England, the daughter of John and Christina (Jung) Molnar. She was raised and educated in New England. She worked for Ernie Tolifson of Regent while taking care of family.

Pauline was united in marriage to Francis John Gaab on August 28, 1965 in Richardton and together they had three children, John, Virginia and Troy. She worked as a custodian of the Richardton Elementary School until the merger with Taylor. Pauline then moved over to the Richardton High School to be custodian for many years until she left to do home health care.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Eagles.

Pauline is survived by her children, John G. Gaab, Richardton, Virginia Frank, Bismarck and Troy (Nicole) Gaab, Mandan; six grandchildren, Teddi Frank, Traci Frank, Taiylor Frank, TJ Gaab, Cole Gaab and Brady Gaab; and sister, Arlene Schneider, West Fargo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis John Gaab, on May 27, 1986; her parents; siblings, Lorannie Schwerbel, Carl Molnar, John Molnar III, Marcus Molnar, Virginia (infant sister), Margaret Conlon and Francis Molnar.
