Agnes Caroline Weiler, 90, Dickinson, died on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Benedictine Living Community, Dickinson. There will be a Funeral Service for Agnes at 1 p.m., Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with Rev. Scott Skones as officiant. Interment will follow at Dickinson Cemetery. Visitation will on Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ladbury Funeral Service.
Agnes Krug was born June 30, 1936 to Peter and Anna (Alpert) Krug in a small farmhouse near Havelock.
She moved several times, including Richardton, Hebron, Schefield, New England, and finally Dickinson.
Agnes married Henry Weiler on August 4, 1966. Together they raised two sons, David and Duane.
Agnes was able to take on many tasks as needed, holding various jobs. She worked for the City of New England, Arrowhead Lanes, and New England Clinic.
She enjoyed gardening and listening to good old fashioned polka music. Her favorite activity was gathering with family for a meal, she especially loved her fried chicken.
Agnes is survived by her three sons, Alfred (Yvette) Krug, David (Anita) Weiler, and Duane (Bev) Weiler; two grandchildren, Presley (Tyler Froehlich) Weiler and Fox (Tori) Weiler; as well as soon-to-arrive granddaughter, “Tater”; her sisters, Caroline Dukart and Eileen Dietz; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lorine Messer, Shirley Svihl, Anna Marszalik; brothers, Loyd Krug, Frank Krug, and Peter Krug.
