Albert Wolf, 83, Dickinson, died Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at St. Benedict’s Health Center, Dickinson. Albert’s Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Dickinson with Msgr. Thomas Richter as celebrant. Inurnment will take place at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan. Military Honors will be provided by the Dickinson American Legion Post 3 Honor Guard. Visitation will be on Monday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a rosary and vigil at 6 p.m. at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with Deacon Leonard Krebs presiding.

Albert Wolf was born November 15, 1937 at Mott, the son of Placidus and Eva (Senn) Wolf. He was raised and educated in the Mott area. He served honorably in the North Dakota National Guard.

Albert farmed with his father near Mott. He was united in marriage to Donna (Zietlow) Ward on September 13, 1976 at Reno, Nev. He followed his passion of ranching south of Medora in the badlands until his retirement.

He belonged to the North Dakota Stockman’s Assoc., Blue Hawk Boosters and the Elks. He enjoyed playing softball, coin collecting, gun collecting, and spending time with the Medora coffee group playing 10 1/2.

Albert is survived by his wife, Donna; four children, Mary (Kirby) Mackey, Lubbock, Texas, Lisa Millsaps, Dallas, Texas, Robert (Janine) Ward, Aberdeen, S.D., and Nancy Kramer, Fairview, Texas; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Marella (Mike) Anderson, Rapid City, S.D.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Gladys and Marge Wolf.
