Benny J. Yuker, born August 25, 1952 in Alpena, Michigan, currently of Richardton, ND passed away on May 9th, 2023 at CHI St. Alexius in Dickinson. He leaves behind his wife, Susan of 49 years, sons Robert and Andrew (Cassandra) and a daughter, Ashley (Michael) Heiser. He also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, Adelaide, Xander, Isabelle, Hope, Aubrey, Alexandria, Jackson, Gabriel, Kingsley, Benjamin and Lainey Jo; also numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Helen (Himes) Yuker; sisters, Ada Maralyn (James) O’Neil and Sally Anne (Leonard) Zdybel; also one brother, Howard Benjamin (Betty) Yuker; and one granddaughter, Alianna Faith Bonamie.
Benny worked in Oilfield Management for over 50 years both here in North Dakota and in Michigan. He worked because he loved the work and his many customers.
Benny’s Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, May 17th at 2:00 p.m. at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with Chaplin David Jenkins officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 16th from 4 to 7 pm. There will be a graveside memorial service at Long Rapids Cemetery in Long Rapids, Michigan for extended family and friends later, date to be determined.
