Beverly A. Schwindt, 72, Dickinson, died Friday, February 20, 2015 at St. Benedict’s Health Center, Dickinson. Abiding by Bev’s wishes, there will be a private family Mass of Christian Burial for her with burial rites at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, with Fr. Todd Kreitinger as the celebrant. There will be a public visitation on Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson.
Beverly Ann Fisher was born June 4, 1942 in Dickinson, the daughter of Albert and Anna (Faiman) Fisher. She was raised and educated in Dickinson, graduating from Dickinson High School.
Bev was united in marriage to John Schwindt, Jr., on October 22, 1963 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. They made their home in Dickinson where she worked as an Administrative Secretary at the Dickinson State College Ag Department for 40 plus years.
Bev is survived by three sons, Dean Schwindt, Phoenix, Ariz., Mike Schwindt, Hazen, and Keith (Dawn Anderson) Schwindt, Dickinson; six grandchildren, Alex, Katie, Quentin, Dylan, Mikayla and Maycee; two brothers, Roger Fisher, Dickinson, and Pat (Kathy) Fisher, Dickinson; brother-in-law, Hank Grinsteinner, Dickinson; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; parents; sister, Bernice Grinsteiner; and one grandson, Ryan Schwindt.
