Date of Funeral

Friday, August 25, 2023

Brady James Foss was born on July 21, 1987, in Minot, North Dakota, to Brad and Bonnie Foss. Brady was loved and known for his hardworking nature, adventurous spirit, and infectious laughter. He excelled in academics and sports during his time at Trinity High School and went on to graduate from Minot State University with a degree as an RN. Brady’s career as a nurse in Phoenix, Arizona, and Bismarck, North Dakota showcased his dedication and commitment to his profession. Brady had a gift for caring for people in need. He would drive around Phoenix and give clothing to people living on the streets. Brady enjoyed visiting the elderly who were alone and just needed someone to listen to their stories. He had a way of making everyone feel important and loved. Little kids would gravitate to Brady because deep down he was just a kid at heart! He was passionate about outdoor activities like traveling, hiking, golfing, and kayaking, and he had a radiant smile that brightened the lives of those around him.

Brady is survived by his parents Brad and Bonnie Foss, sister Mariah Foss [nephew Boston Foss], sister Jillian Foss [niece Ashanti Madden], Grandma MaryAnn Foss, the other half of his heart, Liv Bachmeier, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. Brady was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Jim and Nancy Foss, maternal grandparents Kathryn and Leo Kary, uncle Lawrence Jerome Kary, and cousins Emily Kary and Ada Littlefield.

Though Brady may have left this earthly realm on July 30, 2023. His spirit lives on in the memories he created, the lives he touched, and the love he shared. His legacy will forever serve as a guiding light, reminding us to cherish every moment, spread love unconditionally, and continue the pursuit of knowledge with the same fervor that he did throughout his extraordinary life. Family, friends, and all who were touched by Brady will gather to honor his memory and share the stories that made his life so remarkable.

Family and friends are invited to Brady’s Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., Friday, August 25, 2023, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Dickinson with Fr. Russ Kovash as celebrant.
