Brian’s Celebration of Life Service will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson, with Rev. Jerry Stravia IV officiating.

Brian K. Hiller, age 54, was born in Fargo, ND on December 28, 1964. He spent his youth in Bowman, ND; but mostly enjoyed his time at the family farm near Amidon, ND with his Uncle Virgil and his Grandparents Ben & Fern.

Brian was a hard worker, starting his career in the oilfield; which he did periodically throughout his life, also as a beekeeper. He found his passion in carpentry which he spent most of his life excelling in.

Brian enjoyed watching sporting events such as Nascar, wrestling and football. He would root for his favorite team the Vikings. Brian enjoyed the outdoors, especially his family trip to Alaska flying over the glaciers and halibut fishing with his son Chanse.

Brian has a passion for Harley rides and poker runs with Judi, the love of his life, as well as spending time with friends at The Thirsty Duck.

Brian’s family core was unwavering, while protective, showed deep affection for his family. Unfortunately Brian was taken from us too soon on December 23, 2019 due to a battle with lung cancer. Brian will not be forgotten by friends and loved ones.

Grateful for having shared his life are his Mother Larene; siblings: Sharea (Larry) Craig, Ken (Vicky) Mayer; Son Chanse Hoenke; the love of his life Judi Chevalier; nephews (Little) Larry (Joy) Craig and Michael Saldana; niece Sheena (Derrick) Plute; several very special cousins, other relatives and friends.
