Caroline E. Hecker, formerly of Dickinson, died Sunday, October 21, 2018. In abiding by her wishes, there will be a private family graveside service at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Dickinson.
Caroline was born March 12, 1937, the daughter of John and Caroline (Roeder) Hegel. She was united in marriage to Charles Hecker on October 12, 1954, and to this union five children were born, Gary, Howard, Maurice, Coleen and Bonnie. Together they made their home on a farm in Dunn County.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking and playing piano.
Caroline’s family included, children, Gary, Howard, Maurice, Coleen and Bonnie; grandchildren, Matthew, Jesse, Daniel and Michael; five great-grandchildren; and siblings, Pauline, Arlene, Darlene, Eugene, Edward, Virginia, Ottilia, Julia, Louie, Albert and John, Jr.
