Christopher “Chris” Kuntz, 40, Dickinson, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and unbreakable family bonds.
Christopher’s Celebration of Life Service will be at 11 a.m., Monday, February 16, 2026 at First Congregational Church-UCC, Dickinson with Rev. Janel Kolar as officiant. There will be a Gathering of Family of Friends with a Time of Sharing Stories and Memories at 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson.
Chris was the devoted brother and a doting uncle to his nieces and nephews, who adored his playful spirit and jolly demeanor.
Known for his kind heart and infectious smile, Chris touched the lives of everyone he met.
Chris is survived by his father, Curtis Kuntz; brothers, Joshua Kuntz, Tulsa, OK, Jeremy (Hollie) Kuntz, Killdeer, and Corey (Mya) Kuntz, Dickinson; nieces and nephews, Alex Kuntz, Tyus Praus, Katie Kuntz, Cami Kuntz, Jayden Kuntz, Chloe Kuntz, and Jax Kuntz; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a wide circle of friends who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Kuntz; and his grandparents.
Chris’s light will continue to shine in the hearts of those who loved him. Rest in peace, dear son, brother, and friend.
