Dale O. Ellis, 29, Dickinson, formerly of Washington, died Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at St. Joseph’s Hospital & Health Center, Dickinson. There will be a memorial service at 6 p.m., Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson, with Chaplain Harold Sundgren officiating.
Dale Owen Ellis was born March 29, 1981. He had a great sense of humor, was a great father and loved his girls deeply. Dale had touched so many hearts in his short time. We all love you and miss you greatly. You will be in our hearts forever.
