Donna Mae (Koffler) Miller, 78, loving wife, mother, sister and grandma, died peacefully on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Nisqually Valley Care Center in Washington, where she was well loved and taken care of. There will be a visitation on Monday from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson.
Alzheimer’s slowly took pieces of her life away, but she still had a smile and love for everyone. Donna enjoyed her family and friends.
Donna worked as a cook in various restaurants and was known for her good soups! She moved around as her husband, Joe Miller, took them from Dickinson, N.D., to Cutbank-Baker, Mont., and then to Gillette, Wyo., where she was an admitting clerk at the hospital. Her kind and loving ways made front page news as the friendliest woman in Gillette.
Donna leaves behind sons, Terry (Carol) Miller of Olympia, Wash., Kim Miller of Gillette, Wyo., and Curtis (Lana) Miller of Pocatello, Idaho; daughter, Barbara (Anthony) Richardson of Olympia; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Fae Marie Vranna, Loretta Miller, Bonnie (Gerald “Sonny”) Jung, and Jerry (Cari) Obrigewitsch.
Donna has joined her beloved husband, Joe Miller, youngest daughter, Jody Miller, and brother-in-law, Frank Miller in God’s Heavenly Kingdom.
