Edison K. Keeler, 71, Dickinson died Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center, Bismarck. Edison’s Celebration of Life Service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with Pastor Tim Lucas officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Dickinson Cemetery.

Edison graduated from Andes Central High School in 1968. He then attended Black Hills State College and then moved to Cleveland with his brother, Chuck, and attended Cleveland State University in which he graduated with his Associates Degree as a draftsman cad. He also worked for Dow Chemical until they closed. And this is where he met and married his wife Kathleen (Ducic) Keeler in 1976 and to this union he had twin boys named Nick and Jesse.

He transferred to Dickinson in 1989 and worked at Hulsing Architect until the time of his retirement.

In 1989, Ed met his second wife named Linda Grossman and they married July 1998 and to this union Nicole and Jayme Grossman joined in.

He enjoyed bowling, darts, football (Cleveland Browns), baseball, and race car driving. While working for Hulsing Architect he also ran a hobby store in the basement.

Ed is survived by his children, Nicole (Nick) Schmidt, Mandan, Jayme Grossman, Dickinson, Nick Keeler, Texas, and Jesse Keeler, Texas; granddaughter, Cassidy Grossman, Belfield; sister, Vesta Habben, Lake Andes, S.D.; sisters-in-law, Marie Keeler, Washington, Vicki (Walt) Crandall, Dickinson, Janice (Keven) Martin, Bismarck, Donna Arnold, Richardton, and Glenda (Scott) Schatz, Dickinson; brothers-in-law, Rich (Dalene) Goetz, Gillette, Wyo., and Ron (Kim) Goetz, Ariz.; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

He preceded in death by his wife, Linda; parents, Marjorie and Edison Keeler; brothers, William, Charles, and John Keeler; and sisters, Meriam Plank and Mary Lou Templeton; niece, Erica Goetz; and brother-in-law, Kelly Goetz.
