Ervin W. Stroh, 70, Fargo, formerly Dickinson, died Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Sanford on Broadway, Fargo. Ervin’s Celebration of Life Service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with Pastor Steve McGraw officiating. Inurnment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
A selfless man, Ervin Stroh was born May 25, 1948 to Jacob and Rose (Hartman) Stroh. Survived by brother, Al (Maria) Stroh; sister-in-law, Phyllis Stroh; children, Lori (Charlie) Conn, Michele Brandt, and Rick (Pam) Hartwig; grandchildren, Chace, Macey (Tanner) Jones and Kylee Brandt; three great-grandchildren. Erv spent the last five years with his love and best friend Cheryl McGraw. He loved being a dad, grandfather and great-grandfather. Cooking was a passion for him. We all enjoyed many a delicious meal prepared with his special touch. He enjoyed telling stories to those whom listened. Erv leaves us with many treasured memories.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Rose Stroh; brothers, Raymond and Donald; sister, Lorraine; and brother-in-law, Abel Dominguez.
