Greg Tippe, 63, Dickinson, died Friday, December 18, 2020 at CHI St. Alexius, Bismarck, following a short battle with cancer. A Celebration of Life Service for Greg will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with Pastor Jim Steckler officiating.

Gregory Tippe was born October 11, 1957 in Three Hills, Alberta, Canada, son of Henry and Antonia (Wagner) Tippe. He was raised and educated in Carbon, Alberta where he graduated from Carbon High School in 1975. He spent a year attending North American Baptist College in Edmonton, Alberta where he met Connie Haas. They were married on July 23, 1977 in Bismarck and to this union two children were born, Cory and Amanda.

He has worked as an electrician throughout his life and most recently employed with BHI in the oilfields. His jobs took him around the country, including a year in Iraq.

Greg loved his family time, playing with the grandkids. He recently had taken up hunting and fishing and enjoyed traveling. He also enjoyed fixing up and renovating homes together with his family.

Greg is survived by his wife, Connie; their children, Cory (Katie) Tippe, Dickinson and Amanda (Craig) Corcoran, Fillmore, Ind.; grandchildren, Gabriel Tippe and Melanie Tippe; siblings, Diane (Rueben) Enzie, Three Hills, Dennis (Jeanette) Tippe, Leduc, Alberta, and Randy (Paulette) Tippe, Chestermere, Alberta; sister-in-law, Sheila Tippe, Calgary; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Stan; and niece, Denise Enzie.
