James J. Kubischta, 84, Dickinson, died Thursday, January 24, 2019 at his home. A Gathering of Family & Friends will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Ladbury Funeral Service.
James was born April 2, 1934 in Dickinson, the son of Joseph F. and Victoria (Sykora) Kubischta. He attended school in Dickinson. He married Margaret Dolajak on June 16, 1955 and they were blessed with five children, Roger, Rodney, Judy, Kevin and Kurt. He lived on a farm all his life. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
James is survived by his children, Roger (Ruby), Rodney (Karen), Judy, Kevin, and Kurt; six grandchildren, Cody, Kayla, Carlos, Joshua, Kelly and Daniel; and one brother, William. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ludwig (Eva), George (Martha); and sisters, Dorothy (Otto) Ficek, and Marie.
