Jennifer Kostelecky, 38, formerly of Dickinson died Saturday, May 28, 2016 at her home in New Town. Jenn’s funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson, with Pastor Jerry Sevier officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
Jennifer Kaye Anderson was born September 15, 1977 at Ukiah, Calif., the daughter of Eugene and Denise (Clark) Anderson. She was raised and educated in Dickinson, graduating from Dickinson High School in 1996. She went on to attend Dickinson State University where she earned an RN Degree. Jenn worked as an RN and at various other jobs through out her life.
She married David Kostelecky in 1997 and to this union one son, Jayden, was born. The Jenn that we knew changed dramatically on July 17, 2010, the day that her fiance, Joshua Dowhaniuk died suddenly as the result of accidental drowning.
The past several years she has made New Town her home. She loved the outdoors, going camping, working on crafts, and being with family and friends.
Jenn is survived by her son, Jayden Kostelecky, New England; her parents, Denise (Don) Anderson, Hebron, and Eugene Anderson, Bismarck; grandpa, Cecil Clark, Las Vegas, Nev.; two brothers, Josh Anderson, Bismarck, and Jeremy (Jenny) Anderson, Dickinson; and nieces and nephews, Hunter Anderson, Andie Anderson and Brooklyn Anderson. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Martha Clark, Hank and Lois Anderson.
