Jesse Allen Urlacher, born April 5th, 1982. Jesse loved everyone, he always had smile and a hug for everybody. Jesse loved his family so much, especially his mom Penny. He would always holler “Mom” when he would see her. Jesse and his dad would always do their special sign that meant “Friends Forever”. He had a heart as big as a house. His brothers were the most special to him, he would always refer to Zack as “Zachariah”, and Beau as “BoBo”. Aunts and Uncles were not just his relatives, but his friend. Jesse’s grandparents were so dear to him especially his grandpa “Vets”, they were so very close. He was known by many people across North Dakota, and was known to light up any room he walked into. He grew up in many communities.

Jesse graduated from Mandan High School in May of 2003. He loved listening to country music, he had gone to many concerts. Jesses favorite was Shania Twain. But Jesse’s love by far was for his Mom, Dad, brothers and family. Jesse always looked forward to Thanksgiving. Dinners and Christmas couldn’t come fast enough, he was always excited to open the gifts. The state fair was a favorite for him, he also enjoyed his time at the casino playing the slots. Just like everyone, Jesse would win some and he would lose some. Jesse is our friend forever.

Jesse is survived by parents Gary and Penny Urlacher of Parshall; brothers Zack (Kala) Urlacher-nephew/niece Jayden and Kazia of Parshall, and Beau (Candace) Urlacher-nieces/nephew Celine, Brycee, and Caius of Minot; grandparents Patricia (Rick) Rutherford, Spearfish, S.D.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins whom he loved dearly.
