Jill Neprash, 51, New England, died Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at her home. Jill’s funeral service will be at 3 p.m., Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church, New England with Pastor Colin Neuharth officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Jill Eliason was born January 4, 1968 at Rice Lake, Wis., the daughter of Larry and Patricia (Lynch) Eliason. She was raised in Wisconsin and Minnesota prior to the family moving to New England when she was 12 years old.
Jill was united in marriage to William Neprash on November 12, 1988 at Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church and to this union two daughters were born, Megan and Kristen. She worked as a waitress and did road construction prior to beginning a 20 plus year career as a rural mail carrier in the New England area.
She enjoyed the outdoors, going fishing, hunting and camping, working in her garden and attending concerts. She especially cherished spending time with her daughters and granddaughter, Rowan.
Jill is survived by her husband, Bill; daughters, Megan Neprash, Bismarck and Kristen (Michael) Meier, Bismarck; granddaughter, Rowan Meier; her mother, Patricia Rutherford, Spearfish, S.D.; her sister, Penny (Gary) Urlacher, Parshall; and her extended Neprash family. She was preceded in death by her dad, Larry.
