JoAnn Rice (Archer), Dickinson, ND, formerly of Fargo, ND, Cooperstown, ND, Seminole, OK and Ada, OK. JoAnn died on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at the age of 86 in St. Benedict’s Health Center, Dickinson, ND. Graveside services will be held at a later date at Rosedale Cemetery in Ada, OK.
JoAnn is survived by her daughter, Karrie (Dennis) Froemke; son, Gregory (Annette) Rice; and grandchildren, Jessica (Justin) Royal, Jennifer (Christopher) Murphy and Timothy Froemke.
