Justin R. Woodbury was born May 4, 1989 at Denver, Colo., the son of Rick and Anita (Reiss) Woodbury. He lived in Colorado until the age of three, when the family moved to Dickinson. Justin was raised and educated in Dickinson, having attended the Dickinson Public Schools. He went on to attend Bismarck State College in the auto body department.

Justin worked a variety of jobs throughout his life, including at Woody’s Feed & Grain, in the oil field, on road construction and at the time of his death he was working on his grandpa’s farm and ranching near Killdeer. During this time he was an aspiring tattoo artist.

He was an avid Denver Bronco and NDSU Bison fan, loved collecting rocks, and at an earlier age earned a blue belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. He cherished spending time with Jennifer, and anticipated the birth of their unborn child. At Justin’s side was his companion dog, Zoey Lynn, who had also died in the accident. Justin loved the outdoors, hunting and shooting, snowmobiling in the Rockies, and fishing and boating on the lake.

Justin is survived by his fiance, Jennifer Myran and their unborn child, Dickinson; his parents, Rick Woodbury, Dickinson, and Anita Woodbury, Killdeer; sister, Jessica Woodbury, Killdeer; brother, Clayton Woodbury, Dickinson; grandparents, Alan and Connie Woodbury, Dickinson, John Reiss, Jr., Killdeer, and Lynette Phillips, Fort Collins, Colo.; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to a future fund to be established for his unborn child.
