Keith Lantz, 69, Dickinson, died on Monday, November 10, 2025 at his home. Keith’s Celebration of Life Service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, November 15, 2025 at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Dickinson with Rev. Mary Wiggins and Rev. Lisa Lewton as officiants. Inurnment will take place at the Dickinson Mausoleum. Visitation will be on Friday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

Keith Lantz was born on August 2, 1956 in Dickinson, the son of Albert and Pauline (Schulz) Lantz. He was raised and educated in Dickinson. While attending school he enjoyed participating in Boy Scouts. Following Keith’s graduation in 1975, he went on to begin a 47 year career at TMI.

Keith was united in marriage to Nancy Ackerman on May 17, 1986 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, Dickinson and to this union one daughter, Chelsey, was born.

He was a model train enthusiast. Keith also enjoyed hunting, fishing, going on family trips, and quiet evenings on the back deck with an occasional beer. In his free time, he would watch the Price is Right while drinking his favorite coffee. Keith volunteered at the kids health and safety fair. He loved to visit and could carry on a conversation with anyone. He was an avid Midget and Vikings fan. Keith cherished and looked forward to their Friday night date nights.

Keith is survived by his wife, Nancy, Dickinson; daughter, Chelsey, Dickinson; siblings, Wayne (Deb) Lantz, Dickinson, and Tim (Cheryl) Lantz, Dickinson; nieces and nephews, Brian (Alisha), Jeremy (Mandie), Rebekah, Joel (Alyson), Brittany Wentz, Christina (Jimmy) Jorgensen, and Rachel (Caleb) Kurth; 12 great-nieces and nephews; and his extended Ackerman Family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Pauline Lantz; and in-laws, Marvin and Erna Ackerman.
