Keith was born July 22, 1962 in Dickinson, the oldest of six children to David and Delores (Kuntz) Zastoupil and raised southwest of town. He graduated from Dickinson High School. On September 6th, 1985, Keith married the love of his life, Debbie Sticka. He worked at Dickinson Concrete, Circle K Construction, and Aerial Contractors. He attended Bismarck State College receiving an electronics degree, then moved to Stanley and worked for Northrup Grumman. In 1995, they moved back to Dickinson so that he could work alongside his father at Dave’s Frame and Front End Service, before taking over the business in 2011 and building it to what it has become.

Keith was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. His family and friends meant the world to him. He has always worked hard, played hard, and put others needs before his own.

Keith was most proud of his loving marriage to his wife Debbie of 30 years and raising their three sons into incredible young men. He lived what he loved, and was a man of great faith and integrity. He loved riding his Harley as long as it was with his wife and made it a point to plan a special yearly trip with Deb. He spent quality time with his family and friends in the great outdoors. Spending summers at the lake fishing and when fall and winter came around, he looked forward to hunting, trapping, and ice fishing. What he loved most about all of his hobbies is the time he spent with his family and friends. All he’d talk about at work was the previous weekend adventure.

Anyone fortunate to have met Keith, within minutes, would know they had made a friend for life. He had a sense of humor and a way with words that could captivate just about anyone. We will miss the daily coffee breaks, “shop visits” and just stopping in for a beer or two.

Keith has touched the hearts of many and his death has left a void that cannot be filled. He always said, “Things happen for a reason and it will all work out.”

Keith is survived by his loving wife, Debbie; their three sons: Jeremy, Dustin, and Cody; his parents, David and Delores Zastoupil; five siblings: Gerald Zastoupil, Garner, N.C., Colleen (Cary) Karsky, Longview, Texas, Kathy (Kevin) Childs, Honolulu, Hawaii, Karla (Joey) Bishop, Garner, N.C., Rachelle (Brian) Phillips, Garner, N.C.; mother-in-law, Rose Sticka, Dickinson. He is also survived by his extended family with numerous in-laws, out-laws, nieces, nephews, friends, and his beloved hounds, Chisel and Albert.

In celebration of Keith’s life and wishes, the family requests to please wear jeans or comfortable attire.
