Larry Meduna, 65, Dickinson, died Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at CHI St. Alexius Dickinson. There will be a private Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Dickinson with Fr. William Ruelle as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Dickinson.

Larry Meduna was born November 27, 1954 in Dickinson, the son of Clement and Emma (Jilek) Meduna.

On May 11, 1978, Larry married Peggy Kilwein. They had three children, Jaimee, Jessica and Jeremy. He farmed his entire life. He also worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital and then the oilfield until 1982.

Larry is survived by his wife, Peggy; children, Jaimee (James) Antognazzi, Glen Ullin, Jeremy (Caleigh Zeller), Richmond Hill, Ga., and Jessica (Aaron Pederson), Fargo; grandchildren, Emma, Charlotte, Victoria, and anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new grandchild in July; siblings, Leonard (Sandy) Meduna, Dickinson, and Georgianne Zastoupil, Belfield; in-laws, Edith Meduna, Dickinson, Bob (Marilyn) Kilwein, Littleton, Colo., Tom (Lisa) Kilwein, Phoenix, Ariz., and Mary (Jeff) Miller, Dickinson.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ludwig and Laudie; sister, Delores (Mayer) Anderson; his father and mother-in-law, Phil and Pauline Kilwein; brothers-in-law, Don, Dave, Dick and Ken Kilwein, Martin Zastoupil and Jim Mayer.
