Lenora Cook, 67, Dickinson, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025 at Sanford Medical Center, Bismarck, surrounded by her family. Lenora’s Celebration of Life Service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson. Inurnment will take place at the Dickinson Mausoleum.
Lenora Krenz was born June 7, 1957 in Richardton, the daughter of Hubert and Delores (Mayer) Krenz. She was raised in Dickinson and was educated in the Dickinson Public Schools. Lenora moved to Oklahoma where she attended the Job Corps.
Lenora was united in marriage to Dana Cook in July 1983 in Dickinson and to this union three sons were born. Throughout her life she worked various jobs which included: Sodexo, Marriott, Dickinson State University, and the past 19 years at Walmart.
She enjoyed scrapbooking, animals, Bingo, watching True Crime Stories, puzzles, word searches, and family gatherings.
Lenora is survived by her sons, Jeremy (Lindsey), Dickinson, Justin (Krizia Gonzalez), Colorado Springs, CO, and Jarrad, Dickinson; grandchildren, Hannah, McKenna, and Dylan; mother, Delores Krenz; siblings, Mary (Dave) Bullinger, Allen Krenz, John (Kathy) Krenz, Carol Faulhaber, Sarah Hibl, and Ray (Tammy) Krenz; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Hubert.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Oreos Animal Rescue or the Bismarck Cancer Center.
