Leo Boehm, 54, Dickinson, ND, died Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at St. Joseph’s Hospital & Health Center, Dickinson. Leo’s Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 21, 2007 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Dickinson with Fr. Dennis Schafer as the celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday at Ladbury Funeral Service, with a rosary and vigil at 7 p.m., with Fr. Dennis Schafer presiding.
Leo Boehm was born March 31, 1953 in Dickinson, the son of Joseph C. and Tillie (Berger) Boehm. He was raised and educated in Dickinson, having graduated from Dickinson High School in 1973. Leo had worked a various jobs in Dickinson, such as; Hedahl’s, Simonson’s, DJ’s Amoco, Larry Heiser Motors, and AAA Reconditioning.
Leo loved to dance Polka’s, listen to old time music, bowling and shoot pool, and golfing. He enjoyed going for walks and a drive throughout Dickinson and the surrounding area. Leo belonged to the Eagle’s and St. Anthony Clubs.
Leo is survived by his sister, Aggie (Ralph) Krebs, Dickinson; sister-in-law, Bonnie Boehm, Dickinson; step-sister, Cecilia (Louie) Hafele, Rhame. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Joe.
