Loraine was united in marriage to Albert Isaak on October 5, 1947 in Golden Valley. To this union seven children were born; Ronald, Katherine, Micheal, Jerald, Loretta, Kenneth and MaryAnn. They farmed together 5 and ½ miles northwest of Golden Valley until a tractor accident on November 5, 1963 took the lives of Albert and Kenneth. Loraine remained on the farm until she married Art Raszler on June 5, 1965 in Dodge, she then moved with 5 of her children to Dodge. Art passed away in 1967.

She crocheted afghans for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and baby afghans for the great-great-grandchildren. In her later years, she embroidered dishtowels for all of her family as Christmas gifts. She enjoyed baking kuchen for the grandchildren’s graduations and weddings. Family was very important to her. She loved attending all the sports events that her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren participated in. She also looked forward to fishing, pontoon rides to Goat Island, and Taco Tuesday was a priority. Loraine made her home at Park Avenue Villa in January 2020.
