Margaret “Peggy” Kuchynski, 81, formerly of Dickinson, died Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Sanford on Broadway, Fargo. Margaret’s Mass of Christian Burial will 2 p.m., Thursday, June 28, 2018 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church with Msgr. Patrick Schumacher as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday with a rosary and vigil at 7 p.m. with Deacon Bob Zent presiding.

Margaret Faiman was born April 29, 1937 in Dickinson, daughter of Anton J. and Philomine (Lisko) Faiman. Peggy was born and raised in Dickinson, attending, Dickinson Public Schools through high school. She graduated with a teaching certificate through Dickinson State College. She taught school south of Belfield, worked for Dickinson Abstract, served as Deputy Clerk of District Court for Stark County, and was a long-time secretary/receptionist at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Dickinson.

Peggy was united in marriage to Edwin John Kuchynski on December 26, 1961 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Dickinson. To this union, three children were born, Mark, Kathy and Kevin.

Peggy lived in Dickinson for almost her entire life, and most recently in West Fargo. She enjoyed reading, spending time with her family, doing crossword puzzles, sudoku, watching TV game shows as well as high school and professional sports on TV.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Edwin, West Fargo; children, Mark (Brenda) Kuchynski, Brooklyn Park, Minn., Kathy (Lowell) Danner, Lakeville, Minn, and Kevin (Shelly Larson) Kuchynski, Moorhead, Minn.; six grandchildren; siblings, Daniel Faiman, Fairview, Mont., Dennis Faiman, Dickinson, Janice Herman, Dickinson, and Cindy King, Gainsville, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Anton & Philomine; sisters, Georgiana (John) Rea and Patricia (Matthew) Kugler; sister-in-law, Janet Faiman.
