Marge Koffler, 73, Dickinson, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025 at Miller Pointe Nursing Home after a long battle with a series of chronic illnesses. Marge’s Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 22, 2025 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, New England with Fr. Dennis Schafer as celebrant. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with a Rosary and Vigil at 7 p.m. with Deacon Victor Dvorak presiding. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the Mass on Saturday.

Marge Sparlund was born on March 18, 1951 in Dickinson to Earnest and Marjorie Sparlund. Marge married Floyd Sargent, and they had one child, Sargianna. Marge married Mike Koffler, and they had two sons, Billy and Christopher.

She was the owner of The Branding Iron Bar and Café. After selling the business, she worked at the New England Senior Center where she loved cooking and visiting with the elderly when she delivered Meals on Wheels. She ended her career as a line leader at Baker Boy in Dickinson.

Marge was a devout Catholic who prayed the rosary daily and felt honored to be able to lead adoration at her church. She loved cooking and baking for others, spoiling her grandkids, playing bingo, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. For those who knew Marge well, knew she had an unwavering spirit, kind heart, and resilient soul.

Marge is survived by her daughter, Sargianna, Bismarck; two sons, Billy Koffler, New England, and Chris (Britny) Koffler, Fargo; five grandchildren, Jasmine and Jordan Wutzke, Asher, Dexter and Frankie Koffler; two sisters, Lillian (Fid) Fitterer and Fern Hewson; one sister-in-law, Reenie (Mike) Thorstenson; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Floyd Sargent and Mike Koffler; infant son, Anthony Michael Koffler; sister, Gladys; brother, Earl; parents; and grandparents.
