Marvin Maurice Wanner, 81, Belfield passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Sanford Health, Bismarck. Per his wishes no services will be held.
Marvin Maurice Wanner was born on March 16, 1941 in Gladstone, the son of John E. and Bertha (Ehresmann) Wanner. He was raised and educated in the Gladstone area.
Starvin’ Marvin will be remembered for his love of gardening and sharing his produce. He was an over the road truck driver. He had owned his own business and also drove for several companies. He was a police officer in Gladstone, manager of a Shell Gas Station in Lodi, CA. Marvin had also served honorably in the United States Navy.
He had a heart of gold and would help anyone if asked in any way he could. He was a very hard worker all of his life.
Marvin is survived by his children, David and Debby; grandchildren, Summer, Chrystal, Candace (Shawn), Shanda (Gavin), and Storm; and several great-grandchildren.
