Raymond Frank Klein was born April 19, 1966, at Dickinson, the son of Frank J. and Adeline (Emmil) Klein. He was raised and educated in Dickinson, graduating from Dickinson High School. Following graduation he went to Utah with the Job Corp, where he learned the trade of carpentry. Raymond returned to North Dakota and took a course in truck driving.

Raymond drove over-the-road trucking for a period of time prior to going to work in the oil fields with Bob’s Oil Field Service in the 1980’s. Following an accident on the job, his injuries put him on disability for the rest of his life. He then attended Dickinson State University for a period of time.

He was a member of the St. Anthony’s. He had a passion for pottery making, loved to fish & hunt, and work in the garden and his yard. Raymond was always willing to lend a helpful hand to family and friends. You could find him tinkering on small engines, working on the computer, or building something for somebody. He had a special love for animals of all kinds.

Raymond is survived by his mother, Adeline Klein; brother, Randy P. Klein; sister, Renee Bonn; special nephew and Godson, Bryce Milbrandt; and step-nieces, Tasha Bonn and Megan Bonn. He was preceded in death by his dad, Frank J. Klein; grandparents, Markus and Monica Emmil, and Paul and Philomina Klein; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
