Ricky Allan Roshau was born at St. Joseph’s Hospital, November 22, 1953 in Dickinson, North Dakota to Harry and Maggie Roshau. He attended St. Joseph’s Elementary School, and graduated from Trinity High School. He enjoyed wrestling and baseball while he was in high school. Later on, along with his brothers, Ken and Jim, he played softball for Ken Den Builders. Rick enjoyed working with his hands, creating many gifts for his nieces and nephews when they were young. Rick had a deep passion for horses and working cattle while he was in North Dakota. He worked for Ken Den Builders, TMI and later on for the University of Colorado. Anytime Rick could get out and cast his fishing rod into the water, he was a grateful man.

He married the love of his life, Theresa Krier on November 20, 1990. Together they made their home in Denver. Rick and Theresa enjoyed spending time in the mountains camping and fishing whenever they could. He held his grandchildren as special gifts to his heart, as they brought great joy whenever they could take in a game or go fishing. Rick was proud to be a lifetime Broncos and a Colorado Rockies fan.

Survivors include those that were blessed to have shared Rick’s life and will deeply miss him: his wife of 21 years, Theresa, Denver; step-daughter, Tracy Krier; step-son, Michael, Denver; brothers, Ken (Cherie), Dickinson; Jim, Mandan; grandchildren Justin, Brandon, Tristan and Dylan; nieces, Elise (Christopher) Luquette, Las Vegas, Nev., Heidi (Shad) Knopik, Dickinson, Camey (Fred) Fox, Red Wing, Minn., Nikki Duerer, Red Wing, Minn., Brant Roshau, Dickinson, James Roshau, Mandan; as well as numerous aunts and uncles.
