Ross A. Kadrmas, 54, Dickinson, ND, died Monday, March 24, 2008 at MedCenter One, Bismarck, ND. Funeral Liturgy for Ross will be at 10 am, Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson, with Fr. Chris Kadrmas presiding. Interment will take place at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, New Hradec, ND. Visitation will be from 1 pm to 9 pm, Wednesday at Ladbury Funeral Service and will continue from 8 am to service time on Thursday. There will be a vigil at 7 pm, Wednesday at Ladbury Funeral Service with Deacon Ralph Stockert presiding.

Ross was born September 2, 1953 in Dickinson, the son of Edmond and Georgene (Resch) Kadrmas. He was raised and educated in Dickinson, having graduated from Dickinson High School.

Ross married Paula Colton in Dickinson in 1978. He began working in the oil fields out of high school and has continued in the fields up until the time of his death. Most recently he was a tool pusher for Cyclone Drilling.

Ross enjoyed muscle cars, collecting coins, watching the Green Bay Packers, spoiling his grandchildren and especially having his feet rubbed.

Ross is survived by three children, Sarita (Scott) Doll, New England, Mirenda (Josh) Coleman, Jamestown, and Tyler Kadrmas, Dickinson; six grandchildren, Tierra Doll, Damian Doll, Moya Doll, Jorja Doll, Ava Coleman and Zoe Kadrmas; and five sisters and five brothers, Sandy (Ron) Ficek, Dickinson, Vernie (Ray Chamberlin) Johnson, Surprise, AZ, Jan Zidon, Glendale, AZ, Laurie (Dick) Phillips, Wasilla, AK, Lolly Kadrmas, Bismarck, Ken (Kathy Fisher) Kadrmas, Dickinson, Howard (Evelyn) Kadrmas, Stockton, CA, Gary (Evelyn) Kadrmas, Dodge, Rod Kadrmas, Fairfield, and Tom Kadrmas, Dickinson. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Reese Coleman.
