Scott David Wade, 43, died unexpectedly on Sunday, April 24, 2022 at his home. There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Scott at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2022 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with Pastor Lisa Lewton officiating. Interment will take place at Dickinson Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4 p.m.to 6 p.m. at Ladbury Funeral Service and will continue on Monday from 8 a.m. until service time.
Scott David Wade was born on April 5, 1979 in Minot, the son of Robert and Kaloa (Stevenson) Wade. He was raised and educated in Dickinson, having graduated from DHS in 1997. He remained in Dickinson where he worked as an IT Tech for REMCO which is now called Jonas Chorum. He made a life in Dickinson for the past 20 years with his companion Katie Splichal.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, riding his motorcycle, traveling, and spending time with Katie. Scott also loved animals.
Scott is survived by his companion, Katie Splichal; parents, Robert and Kaloa; sister, Christie Chernich, Dickinson; brother, Richard (Kimberly) Wade, Hartwick, NY; nieces and nephews, Logein Chernich, Mayla Wade and Landon Wade; grandmother, Twila Larson, Rugby; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard and Clara Wade, and Harold Stevenson; and step-grandfather, Clifford Larson.
