Scott Ryan Fay April 15, 1963 - May 10, 2026

Scott Ryan Fay, 63, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026. No services will be held at this time.

Born on April 15, 1963, in Bismarck, North Dakota. Scott lived a life full of adventure, friendship, music, and unforgettable stories. Throughout his life, Scott called many places home, including North Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Texas, and the East Coast, making lifelong friends everywhere he went. He spent more than 40 years as an over-the-road truck driver, embracing the freedom of the open highway and the lifestyle he loved so much.

Scott was larger than life — outgoing, friendly, patriotic, and always the center of a good story. He had a gift for making people laugh and feel welcome, and he never met a stranger. He deeply loved his Harley, his club family, and the many close friendships he built throughout the years. He had a profound faith in God and found great joy in sharing His word.

Music was one of Scott’s greatest passions. He loved playing guitar, singing, and sharing music with those around him. Whether around friends, family, or fellow riders, Scott brought energy and joy wherever he went.

Scott is survived by his loving wife, Connie; his three sisters, Machel Hoodie (Fred), Lisa Fay and Cassandra Richardson (Tom); stepchildren, Jessica Holm (Casey and grandson Manning) and Dustin Hickman; and his beloved grandson, Matthew, whom he proudly raised along with his wife as their own son; step sister, Diane Brost (Allen) and step brother, Rich Schmidt (Polly). He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, countless dear friends, and his loyal dog, Bullet.

Scott will be remembered for his huge personality, kind heart, patriotism, sense of humor, and the way he made life more fun for everyone around him. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the music played, and the miles traveled by those who loved him.
