Shana Rose LeTexier, 27, Dickinson, died on Monday, March 30, 2026 at Benedictine Living Community, Dickinson. Shana’s Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Dickinson with Fr. Robert Shea as celebrant. Interment will take place at St. Pius Cemetery, Schefield. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with a Rosary and Vigil at 7 p.m. with Deacon Bob Zent as presider. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass at the church on Tuesday.
Shana Rose LeTexier was born July 9, 1998 in Grand Forks, the daughter of Richard and Janice (Binstock) LeTexier. She was raised in East Grand Forks, MN where she graduated from East Grand Forks Senior High. Shana went on to work for UND Food Services and eventually moved to Dickinson on June 11, 2022. The past several years she has spent many visits with her Dr.’s at Mayo Clinic, with treatments for Neurofibromatosis (NF1).
Shana belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion Post 157 of East Grand Forks. She enjoyed playing with her dog “Angel”, baking, cooking, playing cards, especially with her grandma.
Shana is survived by her mother, Janice; siblings, Duane (Teresa) LeTexier, East Grand Forks, MN, David (Mandy) LeTexier, Fremont, NE, and Jeremy (Heather Hall) Binstock, Grand Forks; nieces and nephews, Mikinlee Binstock, Erin (Dan) Holt, Taylor LeTexier, Logan LeTexier, LaRae LeTexier, Kylie LeTexier, Mallory Lackey, Brycen Lackey, and Liam Lackey; great-niece and nephew, Avery and Alden Holt; aunts and uncles, Lucy Radke, Claire Janesh, Judy (Tom) Roll, Laura Jurgens, Allan (Margaret) Binstock, Melvin (Roxanne) Binstock, Tim (Melinda) Binstock, Gerald (Rita) Binstock, Paula (Todd) Amsbaugh, Ramona Latraille, and Joyce (Joe) Stirbiski; and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard LeTexier; sister-in-law, Deb LeTexier; grandparents, Paul and Ethel Binstock, and Frank and Lena LeTexier; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
