Shannon D. Wolf, 45, Twin Buttes, died Monday, June 29, 2020 at Sanford Health Bismarck. There will be a Celebration of Life Gathering for Shannon at 11 a.m. MT, Friday July 3, 2020 at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson.
A long time ago (May 14, 1975), in a galaxy far, far away (Travis Air Force Base, Fairfield, California), Shannon Dean Wolf was born to Brent and Denise Wolf.
As part of a small band of rebels, Shannon spent his early years learning the ways of the force across several states before graduating from Halliday High School in 1993. He continued his Jedi training at Job Corp in Minot. He then established an outpost in Florida where he achieved certification as a Polysomnographic Technician. Later, he returned to his home planet (North Dakota) where he married Vernette (Boe) Holen and settled in Twin Buttes. There he was known as a Jedi of all trades. He served as the First Fire Chief of Twin Buttes Volunteer Fire Department. He worked for the Twin Buttes school for 8 years, and for CDC. There was never a job too small or too big that he wouldn’t do for the community of Twin Buttes.
It is a dark time for the Wolf Empire. Though Shannon fought valiantly, he was struck down by a sinister illness and left this world on June 29, 2020. He was 45.
Shannon was a lover of animals and had several fur babies. Which includes: Samantha, Socks, Spider Cat, Harry, Lily and Vinnie Dean.
Shannon follows others who have left this world, including: his paternal grandparents, Clarence & Carol Wolf; His father, Brent Wolf; and stepson Michael Garrett.
Shannon leaves a larger band of rebels in this galaxy. His wife, Vernette (Boe) Wolf. Son, Seth (Morningstar) Wolf. Daughter, Chyenne Denise. Daughter, Lexi Starr. God Daughters, Manyiah Walker & Harmony Little. Mother, Denise (Dennis) Bohrer. Sister, Heather (Chris) Gerard. Brother, Gabriel Michael Wolf. Sister, Lisa Adinah Wolf. Grandparents, Donald (Jacqueline) Sorensen. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, sisters, brothers-in-laws and grandbabies.
