Stacy was born in Windsor, Ontario on October 20, 1984, the daughter of Tom and Lori (Garrod) Lister. She was raised and educated in Windsor. She also spent a period of time in the Canadian Navy, where she received Culinary training.

Stacy moved from Canada to North Dakota at the age of 22. She was very outgoing and friendly, which gained her the nickname of Hunnybee. She was always buzzing around trying to get people excited. At the age of 32 she met her husband Tony, and they fell in love immediately. They spent every day together for the next 7 years and cherished every moment of the love they had.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Olheiser; her parents, Tom and Lori Lister; her siblings, Shannon and Donald; her Nana and Papa, Betty and Henry Lister; her grandma, Ann Garrod; two nieces, Penny and Cecilia; and also the John and Carla Olheiser family.

She was preceded in death by her grandpa, Donald Garrod.

Stacy wished to be cremated, and will be laid to rest this spring at St. Pius Cemetery. She will be holding Tony’s spot until the time when he passes, and can once again hold her in his arms while they slumber.
