Norman J. Erhardt, 81, Dickinson, formerly of the Richardton area, died Friday, August 4, 2017 as the result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident east of Gladstone. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends on Friday, August 11, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson.
Norman John Erhardt was born on the family farm on January 21, 1936, son of John and Maggie (Miller) Erhardt. He was a simple, quiet man farming and ranching until his retirement. Norman moved to Dickinson, but still loved to be on the farm. He would drive out and check on his crops any day that he was able to with his brother Ed and putzing in the shop on the farm.
Norman is survived by his siblings Isabelle Forster, Angie Bolton, Lorraine Bosch, Ann (Dallas) Pasley, Alice Christianson, Marc (Joyce) Erhardt, and Ed (Rosie) Erhardt; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Agnes Phagen and Edna; one brother, Ralph; and four brothers-in-law.
