Harvey Pechtl, 89, of Richardton, died Sunday, August 23, 2026, surrounded by family at the Richardton Health Center. Inurnment will take place at 3 p.m., CT, Friday, September 4, 2026 at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan. Military Honors will be provided by the Mandan American Legion Honor Guard.
