DeLaine George Miller, 60, Dickinson, died on Friday, June 19, 2026 at his home. DeLaine’s Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Dickinson with Fr. Ryan Martire as celebrant. Interment will take place at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery, Dickinson. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Ladbury Funeral Service, Dickinson with a Rosary and Vigil at 6 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the Mass at the church on Wednesday.
DeLaine George Miller was born May 26, 1966 in Dickinson, the son of George G. and Evelyn (Ficek) Miller. He was raised and educated in Killdeer, having graduated in 1984 from Killdeer High School. He went on to have a 20+ year career as a Kirby Representative, and worked various other jobs over the years. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
DeLaine is survived by his mother, Evelyn Miller, Dickinson; siblings, Sharon Heiser, CO, DuWayne (Kristy) Miller, Britton, SD, and DelVerne (Cynthia) Miller, Dickinson; brother-in-law, Gene Dvorak, Dickinson; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, George F. Miller; sister, Shirley Dvorak; brother-in-law, Vernon Heiser; and niece, Anjalynia.
