Lynn A. Lidstrom, 52, Richardton, died Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at his home following a five year battle with cancer, surrounded by his family. Lynn’s funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Ladbury Funeral Service, with Pastor Bob Simons officiating.
Lynn Albin Lidstrom was born on August 4, 1964 as the last child of a family of nine to Raynold and Vivian (Olson) Lidstrom. He grew up in Stanley, North Dakota, and spent a lot of time on his family’s farm near Beldin. After his graduation in 1982 from Stanley High School he went to the Phoenix Institute of Technology and later returned to North Dakota to work in the oil field. He spent his whole life working in the industry. Some of his favorite pastimes were riding his motorcycle, working on his farm, and taking care of his animals. Lynn was a loving husband and brother as well as a loyal friend. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; sisters Sheryl, Lyla, and LeAnn; brother Larry; step-father Bill Burnett; and step-brothers John and Jim. He is survived by his wife, Pam Keener; step-sons, Lawrence and Steven; his brothers Lyle, Lance, Lenny and Loren; and his step-sisters Debbie, Bonnie, Deanna and Barb.
